The Koh-I-Noor Progresso Aquarell Woodless Pencils are a set of 12 water-soluble colour pencils that function as both dry colour pencils and watercolour tools. Apply dry for rich, vivid colour, then blend with a wet brush to produce flowing watercolour-like washes. The woodless construction means the full pencil diameter is usable pigment, giving more colour per pencil than wood-cased equivalents, and the assorted range delivers a varied tonal palette.
